Yael Stone

Stone was born in Sydney and grew up in the city. She studied at the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts (NIDA) and at the National Institute of Dramatic Art. Stone was first introduced to acting when was only a small child. Her roles included Me Myself and The Farm. In 2008, at the Sydney Theatre Awards she was awarded Best Newcomer as well in the category of Best Supporting Artist, for her work in The Kid. The actress also appeared in TV, including supporting roles in All Saints and Spirited. In 2010, she appeared in The Diary of a Madman. It earned her a second nomination for the Sydney Theatre Awards as Best Supporting actor. The Diary of a Madman was performed by the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York. In March 2011, she returned Sydney to perform the main roles of A Golem Story (a story about the golem), Summer of the Seventeenth Doll as well as As You Like It. Yael Yael What What Abby
